Repairs
D.J.P Domestics Ltd offers an in-home repair service for most appliances. An inspection/estimate charge of £30 (inclusive of VAT) applies, which covers the call out and the initial diagnosis. This charge is payable to the engineer on the first visit. If the appliance is irreparable/beyond economical repair, then the £30 is discounted from the price of a new appliance purchased from us. If you go ahead with the repair then the £30 is deducted from the total cost of the repair.

Between our team of field service engineers we have over 60 years of experience. For common faults we aim to complete most repairs in one visit. However, we have a dedicated onsite workshop and access to over 3 million spare parts on a next day delivery in order to complete repairs that require further attention.
